This is all that was said in last PR. Sort of like much of the other info in PR'S, either misleading, false, no follow up, or just something that is not going to happen. Maybe that is only for large investors and share holders, and does not include us small traders and day traders, as Vince has made it pretty clear that IMO he does not really care about the small time investors. Just another misleading PR.
