Provista Diagnostics exists today with Reese as CEO.

This Provista has nothing whatsoever to do with Radient or DR-70.

The old Provista that signed agreements with Radient had Gartner as CEO. in 2012 the agreement you refer to here was between GCDx and Radient, not Provista and Radient.

Bottom line, whatever Provista did in 2009-2011 means nothing today. Whatever GCDx does today has no effect on RXPC shares. Whatever Provista does today has no effect on RXPC shares.
