My guess is no PR. You can check my history and see I've been here for a minute so bash me if you want but i still have almost 3mil shares. I want this PPS to rise but they are not up on PPS PR's. Meaning their PR's are not to maintain/spike the PPS so I doubt if they come out with one. I don't think they are sitting there twiddling their thumbs and maybe new management may operate differently but history will show you its doubtful.

I do want to add this is strictly a long play. If you are trying to get some short $ off of this, I believe this is the wrong play. Anyone that has INVESTED in energy will tell you, PR to implementation takes a looooong time. Unless they plan on PR'ing China and other projects for official record this will sloooooowly creep upwards to 02's to 03's while MM's do their thing. Truth be told I thought the official RM PR would've shot this up higher but it didn't so take what I say with a grain and do your own DD. GLTA!!
