Okay, let's stay on target here. BBRD WERPO making some solid moves the last couple days. Chart is looking great, and I'm hoping for a breakout very soon!

As for you living by the ocean, that's false, or you rent (which I also doubt). A simple Google search of your iHub name shows up with plenty of information and history on Youtube and Yahoo Questions. I won't embarrass you here though.

Ovadia is an engineer. The board all specializes in engineering (especially electrical), and the system has been tested and improved upon for years.

If I was going to sign a Letter of Intent with WERPO/SDE, which many countries have, I would have a ton of questions with regards to the system's longevity and ability to withstand mother nature.
