I think so... Fed Bank Minutes - plans to keep interest rates low longer ... Surprised traders today... Also ASTI Securities Registration Statement today ... They registered to sell more shares but they can only sell 1/3 of market cap per 12 months period, so maybe selling will dry up for a few months?? I hope they let this run for a while ... Read today's statement...
