It has been months since I posted here and seems price action has not changed. I tried picking up shares today at $0.17 and MM's would not execute my order, which tells me could see couple more ticks down to $0.15 and possibly down to $0.14 in the next coming days. I would say PPS from $0.14 to $0.18 is a decent value. To bad momentum and volume is way, way down these days and people being cautious this time around. For those longs/bag holders 50/50 outcome is still the sentiment in my opinion. Should the judge grant a jury trial, surely this could easily exceed the previous best highs above $0.50. And only then will this start to see million+ volume averages. IMO, investors are not psychologically convinced until and after judge Casper rules on her decision. Unfortunately, the history of judge Casper making a decision could be several weeks to months based on that assured history. In the meantime, good plays present in the market. Happy Trading.
