I know quite a bit about implied manipulation, I read about it all the time on the boards of garbage penny stocks. I know even more about the market rules and regulations though, which most penny plungers never bother to brush up on. Too busy flushing their money and getting caught in SEC suspensions, I guess.


Just a little advice. If you're sitting at a poker table where you believe cheating is going on, get up and walk away.
