Well, the way I read it is like this----- "F$#k the faithful, long term shareholder that has been supporting this company financially for the last couple years. Pursue dilutive financing, and probably Reverse Split until these faithful , long term investors are ran completely into the ground, and their shares are even more worthless" SOUND ABOUT RIGHT?? Those damn certs better be redeemable, or I will drive to Florida myself ,and show up at their offices and make a scene! pisses me off!
