TFZI: SHAREHOLDERS need to track down Humphries. Many 'donated' thousands and thousands of dollars. That is over....but at least he could do something with the shell that would benefit shareholders. MERGER? A good SEC attorney may be needed. No one seems to be willing to pay for one.

It's hard to believe that shareholders bend over for guys like Humphries by the thousands every day. Some of these guys (Hudson) have over 6,000 shareholders that they are screwing. Then they move on to the next play.

They know shareholders are weak. And so it goes.
