Anyone who buys generic drugs knows:

When a patent expires, anyone can manufacture and sell the product.

Nobody will buy Radient or merge with Radient now to acquire DR-70 (onko-sure). If an entity is going to take over Radient or merge with Radient, it has to be for something other than DR-70.

I don't see what that could possibly be. Radient has no assets other than a patent on obsolete technology invented by Dr. Chang in the 1990's. That technology is worthless today. But don't take my word for that: Read the 2011 10K where Radient wrote it off as worthless.
