News came as promised but it wasn't the news about the billionaire, instead it was news about Ronn Motor Group so everyone sold. Then after the selling frenzy it was announced via CEO tweet that the deal with the billionaire was settled and there will be a PR and 8K on Friday 10th. Everyone then bought back the shares they sold.

That's how I saw it.
