I think we are all overlooking a very important item when we consider the improvements they hope to achieve with the MRX. To me, a very important improvement (at least as important as a 200 fold in increased sensitivity) is the improvement in specificity. If I'm not mistaken, this will greatly improve location of tumors and more precise and less damaging surgery. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
