So Greg issued himself a bunch of preferred shares and still holds shares from the last attempt at starting a company? Lifestyle wireless. Besides giving himself free shares, Greg nor any insider has spent their own money on stock since Singlepoint was formed... How, as an investor, should a person have confidence in the company if insiders don't? 40 million in revs by 2018, of the insiders believed half them revs would come true they would be plunking down cash. Maybe they will buy more once the authorized is raised to secure that 5 million in funds.
