RDY: We know we won't have to wait 2 years because legally, Dr.SS only has 12 months to phase in the RTM.
So, based on the reinstatement of Keyon Communications, Inc.(NV) signalling the START of the RTM process (late March) the dissolution of that AND Keyon Communications Holdings, Inc.(DE) (late May) signalling the END of the formalities, I'm not sure if he has until the end of March or end of May, next year, to complete the phasing in of all the share settling among the participants.
So, we'll just call it 'next spring' when we'll see something for sure take place.
But, to be honest, I'd be DAMN surprised if it doesn't happen by at least January sometime. And, I wouldn't be surprised at all if it happens this month.
