Both VDNM and VFIN hanging out below NITE with shares offered at .0002 so it looks as if dilution not over at this time. There's a total of 288 million shares SHOWING at .0002, but you never know what VNDM and VFIN really hold.

Looks as if LHPT is going to need some HUGE NEWS to blast past this wall folks. On the other hand, if the news is coming, these 'tards are giving away shares at this price. Now LHPT has a bid, and it "should" run into the Conference.
