We have decided not to webcast this year, given that we just had our retail investor webcast, but will likely do so next year -- We a going to do things differently in 2015 and possibly have the annual meeting earlier.

For this year, we will post to the website any materials that are discussed at the meeting.

What about a quick list of questions or areas of interest/concern from the board that can be forwrded to MC, VD or CW so that hopefully something will be said that can encompass our collective concerns. Less useful than direct questions, but probably better than nothing.

I return to my area of concern primarily being wanting to know more about efforts toward a sufficiently independent board. Secondarily, I would like to know that DEFORM is on track, but that will probably be addressed anyway.
