I am wondering why up to now no one has filed an SEC form to indicate that they own 3 million shares or more shares of this stock(that is 5% or more of total outstanding shares)????

Is it possible that at this low price no one has reached that level of ownership? Of course there is a possibility that the 3 million shares or more are owned by different members of the inner family (husband, wife and working adult children who live at home)?? Of course, even if someone owns more than 5% of shares who is there to bother about this issue--the SEC has more pressing problems to resolve....

I guess we have to wait until the financials are released to find out the latest number of shareholders. In the meantime, just keep buying at these bargain prices and forget about how many millions of shares you already own...LOL>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

And if you want to laugh and cry at the same time, just look at my post 901 below--yes I was advising someone to buy shares at over one dollar and showing him the google sky-view of the company original headquarters (this entire area was demolished to expand and extend a subway line and build new modern business area)...
