They say timing is everything… and for Oriens, the Bahia Encantada deal was all about the timing. How does a good deal become a better deal? Easy…, have Mr. Melvin Pereira as your President and CEO.

The recently reported acquisition of Global Asset Management Holdings’ interest in Bahia Encantada is a transaction that will ultimately cost Oriens/Pure Hospitality Solutions roughly $6,000,000.

With an initial non-toxic financing of just over $1,800,000 – of which Melvin Pereira is personally liable for – Oriens/Pure Hospitality Solutions has begun establishing itself within the real estate community as an up-and-coming property owner within the real estate banking community.

Sales revenues alone could fetch the Company between $8,000,000 and $10,000,000; booking engine revenues is the cherry on top. As our FROL technology gains recognition and expands throughout the region, it’s just a matter of time till we’re the largest online booking resource in the area.
