Yeah it must be artificial and have nothing to do with the fact that NBRI was trading for half the value of the Brett deal. NBRI owns 20+ more Brett's so by that standard NBRI was trading at 1/40th of its potential property value plus the value of the Ruby which is the most valuable asset.
