Also would like to add my two cents on this voting issue. Yes at this point the CEO's vote is what will decide the direction of the company. However there are numerous examples of shareholder voting occurring in companies where majority shares or voting rights are held by one person/entity. So why go through this? Same reason we have votes for anything. To give a voice to the individuals. To have a process where individual opinions can be expressed even though the end result may already be determined or out of the common voters' hands. Plus information can be gained in regards to general opinion by using the voting process. I think to suggest that companies that have individuals/entities with majority voting rights do not hold shareholder voting is a blatant misrepresentation. What MYEC is doing now is neither a "joke" nor a "ruse" as some have suggested. I admit the AGM seems a bit premature in my opinion, but I will hold of on any conclusions until after this weekend.
