This Does NOT mean there is no compensation. That is NOT what it says.

It says that because 1) They have a whole big disclaimer elsewhere, and 2) because stock promoters are a tricky bunch, and want to foster exactly the kind of doubt and controversy we have here.

So, to see THE TRUTH you have to dig deeper.
