"UBRG REVOKED by Nevada SOS. Every year, every company incorporated and registered to do business in the State of Nevada must file their annual return.
Nevada is UBRG's incorporating jurisdiction. So it is the most important jurisdiction for UBRG.
Upon not filing for one year, the UBRG Scam had its license suspended in August 2013 and was in DEFAULT. With its license suspended, UBRG can not legally undertake any contracts or legal agreements.
Upon failing to file for the second year, the UBRG Scam was REVOKED and is no longer a legal entity.
And its a HUGE issue."
