There is a lot of discontent here.

The stock value is depreciating and this is due to UNCERTAINTY. However, playing the devil's advocate, I ask again what is the FMV for APDN? Perhaps 9 cents is legit, or worse, it might be overvalued at this price. Who can say with certainty that it is worth more? When about 50% of the revenues are government sponsored and when the company is unwilling or unable to disclose the new financial relationship post 12/15, how can anybody reliably predict the future revenue stream?

However, since the company has shown that it will likely be viable into 2015 and beyond as evidenced by the S-1, I think there should be some solace that shares bought today will have some value into the future. That is not to say that the pps will be higher next year, only that it is highly improbable that the company will be bankrupt. Reliable capital infusions for companies in their developmental stage is key. IMO management has assured its shareholders that this will be easier once the company ascends to a major exchange.

From my perspective the company is considerably better positioned now as compared to when it was selling at 9 cents in the past. This is not a rational reason to buy but it is probably my only justification for continuing to add to my holdings. GLTA.
