I dont know, but it is not very common if they do. However, due to the legal issues with MJ, I think the OTC was the only choice for these companies. What may happen as some companies start producing revenue, they buy out the OTC shares and relist on a major exchange. That is probably down the road as a long term plan. Or they just get bought out. The OTC shares will not go on forever. And it's not really a viable long term solution to try and uplist to the OTCQB. Foreign companies go there as a sublisting for liquidity outside of the foreign exchanges.
