Mr. Big... I'm going to respectfully disagree with your opinion as well. First... these message boards should be for both pro and con opinions. That's how you stay objective toward a company and your investment dollars. It's that "objectivity" that caused me to completely liquidate my APDN holdings at a little over 11 cents.

...Did I bail from this message board? No. I still find the product to be something that could work, eventually. Thus, I still research, occasionally post and sometimes disagree with all the "rah rah" and "nah nah" that sometimes (more than sometimes) comes with your typical message boards.

Now I'm reading about you criticizing others when you seem to be blindly "rah rah'ing" about this press release. Allow me a moment to explain my point.

1. The press release comes from a company called "True 2 Beauty"... the parent company of "BetUGetIt." Did you look into them at all? A few moments of DD shows the following:

a. A $0.03/share stock price.
b. A $200,000 market cap
c. No research analyst reports or analysts following the company
d. No other product for "True 2 Beauty" than the "BetUGetIt" website.
e. A few individual tweets about a few individual auctions that give the impression there are only a handful of auctions and customers involved.
f. No hard launch of the website...only a soft launch back in early 2014.
g. An auction platform that is no different than UBid's platform. UBid already does this and with the same type of products.
h. The gimmick BetUGetIt boasts where "you never lose" if you don't win your bid and then can have the opportunity to use your bid money to purchase something else from a retailer for 30% off MSRP? I can already go to Amazon and buy something from a sports memorabilia company for 30% off MSRP. Not to mention, if I am bidding on something specific... I don't want to take a consolation prize by then spending more money to buy something I wasn't even interested in.
i. The press release doesn't even specify what they will use the DNA mark for. Consider this.... they don't sell anything that is uniquely theirs. Sure, they could protect from others trying to refund items they didn't buy from the website. But first, they have to sell merchandise from their website..... "OODLES" of merchandise... in order to make any realistic and significant revenue for APDN. Remember, APDN has over 800 million shares of stock outstanding. Do the math on how many items have to be marked in order for the APDN stock shareprice to even consider moving a hair via this company.... or even by 100 of these type of companies. BetUGetIt's parent company is only market capped at $200,000. How much money do you think they are going to be able to spend on DNA marking? Not enough to even matter if they can't sell product.

j. This is one of the biggest points I can make. APDN didn't even press release this. Nor did APDN have a company spokesman add a comment to True 2 Beauty's press release. That lack of statement tells the tale. APDN even realizes this is not a good public appearance for them. Sure, they may have sold the mark to bring in the $35k. But they know it isn't going anywhere and they certainly don't want their name associated with a 4-cent penny stock sporting a shell company of a parent and a business model mirrored after a not-so-successful business model as UBid.

Mr. Big... you may or may not reconsider your bashing of your fellow posters here. But perhaps you'll consider the above points and do a bit of research in the future before that next flame thrower is unleashed.

Regards,

Kav
