I have a strong opinion against the concept of moratoriums when it comes to licenses and municipalities, citys, states, countrys. . . .

ive had quite a bit of experience in helping businesses receive their licenses from these types of entities especially when a moratorium has been announced

and there are many times that municipalities will announce moratoriums to keep the application count down from new prospective businesses . . .

you may ask why?
well, really, everyone that applies to a city, state, country for any type of license, the government entity has to apply much time and energy toward each license. . . .and that costs tax dollars

when the government entity announces Moratorium, it keeps the riffraff fly by night applications out of the loop because they think why would I go through the trouble if there is a moratorium

but someone that really wants into a business, they ignore the moratorium and they apply anyway because they really want BAD into the business

been helping people get licensed for 20 years and I have never seen a rejection of a good applicant, ive seen a temporary rejection for the purpose of having to fix their paperwork, but as long as the city likes the business plan, and feels it could be an asset, eventually the license will come . . . . moratorium or not . . . .

just my 2 cents, thought I would share . . . .
