Just because the stock plateau'd doesn't necessarily mean its not doing any form of business. It just means there hasn't been any media coverage on the business they're doing, which by the looks of things is going to be some type of merger or acquisition. There's a lot of tentativeness and apprehension regarding AHFD at the moment, but once a PR is released this will soar. Investing 101; Seeing a low PPS stock that's trading relatively high volume with plenty of investor attention is a great sign of potential. Patience is a virtue my friend.
