That donation they asked for the litigation was the stupidest thing to do. Anyone in right mind would definitely quadruple the money by buying into their stock IF they win the lawsuit. What's the point of going through paperwork when, if you believe they have a good chance to pull through, just buy the stock. At least you can pull out any time you want. Unless they give court updates to those who donated but that would probably be inside information.
