Mr. Brauser has been the Manager of Marlin Capital Partners, LLC since 2003. He was Founder of Seisant Inc. (Formerly, eData.com Inc.). He has been the Chairman of Upstream Worldwide, Inc. since November 18, 2011. Since 2010, Mr. Brauser has been a lender and an investor in Upstream. He founded Naviant Inc. (Formerly, eDirect Inc.) in 2000 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Brauser served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kertz Security Systems Inc.
