Let's look at that post. Sustainable profitability by end of Q2(believe he said debt free as well in the PR) hmmmm, nope. No where close. Why put out a PR claiming the company will be debt free and have sustainable profitability by the end of Q2 2014 if they had to of known they would be no where close.

Digital signage company.... Hmmmm nope. Believed he promised instant revenues with this one. I mean the signage company SING was acquiring had accounts in place. What happened?
