This is a false statement...

"since tens of thousands [pf] investors have given this company hundreds of millions of dollars by buying their shares."

You'd have to go back and look at the filing from the late 90's, but the only money ERHC ever got from investors was the bailout from Emeka Offor... I don't remember the terms, but I believe it was under $10M.

As for the rest of us shareholders "giving" money to the company? That isn't how it works. When shares are bought the money goes to the MM selling you the shares that he/she bought for less than you are paying. ERHC did not get "hundreds of millions", not even close.
