The Interesting Thing to Me

is that this request was made in the first place. MJNA was asking for an injunction to:

PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION ON AN ORDER SHORTENING TIME: Mr. Nelson requested a 10-day period / stay for parties to get with the arbitrator so as not to burden the Court's docket; he concurred with the Court that Pltf seeks to prevent going forward as a terminated contract, and require Deft to continue to let them be the exclusive seller of Deft's products on the internet.

Now it looks like that injunction will not be granted but that doesn't end the suit it simply means that until everything is argued (or arbitrated) the former contract between HempMeds and CANV is not in force.

BUT HempMeds/MJNA are sufficiently butthurt that not only did they file suit to restore the prior contact but they asked the court to let the contract be restored while they litigated the issue. Does this sound like a company happy with their other than CANV supply chain? I mean they have "Squirts" and the doggie treats but they are trying to sue to get CANV's catalog back.

Also of note we see court filings from Troy Nihart. He's something of a wheel with Kannaway but it's interesting that he's involved in this litigation. Sucks that they don't have a PACER like setup.

On Edit, it ~looks~ like Troy might hold some position in hempmeds.
