I think you're talking about a different kind of oil. When you harvest canola oil, for example, you get ALL the oils contained in the nut. This is a mixture of many many different oils, proteins, vitamins, and plant hormones/nutrients. When we're talking about hemp, sure you can make hempseed oil, but, like the canola oil, it is a mixture of MANY different compounds. The therapeutic CBD however must be purified from that extract and separated until it is a pure (or greater than 90% pure) substance. THAT is the stuff that costs $20,000 - $30,000 dollars.
