They don't continually dilute. But they dilute. In 3 months they diluted 41 million shares at a range of .06-.04 so let's average it out to .05. So .05 times 41 million = just over 2 million raised in that time. Where did all that money go? No need to continually dilute and clue in investors when your making 2 million a crack. Let's not talk about the raise from 68 million to 268 million in just over 1.5 years. Then throw in the 20 million issued preferred shares at a rate of 4 common per 1 preferred. Another 80 million, brings us to 348 million. Then throw in notes that may or may not be converted.... This thing may be close to maxed out.... Share increase coming... Don't worry they will say it is needed in order to uplist or something....
