Milestone shares is a good way to ensure growth of the Company and Share Price. JN appears to have just set it up to where either the Company does good, or 3 guys are going to be hated by their wives for failing to make said Company look good.

In November, I'll be taking 26 years of experience away from my private company because they do not offer me a stake, and will be joining one of the top 10 best companies to work for in the USA...who offers shares (exact same job).

Guess who's going to make more money next year, and grow...and who's going to own an empty seat that has been earning $1.2 million a year up until now.

Money talks.

My job is so secret, I don't even know what it is.
