I do trade in and out of ROX, while keeping a base investment untouched. I agree with you, on the fly trading isn't for everyone. In fact I'd say most people would probably rather put their money away and just leave the investment.

Fortunately I do treat ROX as a long term investment. I've been able to stock up on a good pool of shares in 2013/14 and by selling some here, buying some there, etc, I'm able to continuously add more shares to that base strictly on profit.
