And of course he created a contract to alter the licensing with each company they provide service to, why would he not want that power? It probably costs Myecheck some amount of resources to provide service so if a contracted company starts having no transactions then they need to be able to cut them off.
In the past they have said they only contract with businesses that have enough transactions.

What is your point exactly?
