Just read post 47683 Whats with the Dilute financing? will this be done before or after the ROLLBACK?

MUST READ- According to the terms METATRON could DILUTE the shares by 10's of BILLIONS OF SHARES!

look at page 6- The purchase will be adjusted based upon the terms of the investment agreement, which provides that the shares may be purchased by Macallan Partners, llc at a SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT (75%) DISCOUNT TO THE LOWEST TRADED PRICE OF THE SHARES DURING THE FIFTEEN (15) CONSECUTIVE TRADING DAYS immediately prior to the receipt by Macallan Partners of a put notice (as provided for in the investment aggreement), or a SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT (75%) DISCOUNT TO THE CLOSING BID ON THE DAY OF THE PUT NOTICE, WHICHEVER IS LOWER!!!!]
