Radio Shack did it to themselves... that is they started telling people to order for them from catalog instead of carrying inventory long ago.
One thing I noticed in Lubbock last week, was that Radio Shack in a shack old shopping center ... but also T-Mobile store in a more modern shopping lease building. NOTICE is that Radio Shack business is primarily phone/phone contracts. If its could enough for Sprint, Verizon, et cetera why isn't it good enough for Radio Shack ERR ... Military Mobile? Nice to have the locations.
Radio Shack can make a big move to Robots. Build your own, parts is parts, interchangeable pieces.... make it cool for a kid to go to Radio Shack (or rename it to Robo Shack) and build his Intel 2K robot (with exclusive Radio Shack add-ons only by Radio Shack for Intel)... For example
