One thing I didn't see in the article is that dilution or Lanza's contract would lead to a partnership. I think that is confabulation of the message board originating from stem cell investor site.

Another thing he is saying is that he hopes phase II starts early 2015. The company clearly stated they were going to start by the end of the year. Was there a delay?

Although it should give us a little wind in the sails to revisit the 7.50 tomorrow, I still don't see it as a reason to vote yes.
