I agree, U.S. should help,

The bigger issue is that doctors do not really understand ebola and that is why there is no "cure".

This explains the astronaut suits when handling a patient...

Also, they really do not understand the time line of the illness, eg from contracting it to when you are contagious to the appearance of ebola like symptoms... this is the bigger issue IMO.

It also does not help that we are headed into flu season...
