Blackbridge Capital, LLC. was founded in 2011 with the goal of providing superior returns for our clients and alternative financing solutions for our portfolio companies.

In our Convertible fund, we seek high returns from investing in strong growth, small cap convertible securities with impressive risk/reward characteristics. We take a unique approach in understanding small, growth companies and their unique catalysts which allows us to capture the majority of the upside of the underlying equity, while significantly limiting any downside risk.

In our Real Estate portfolio, we seek to invest, finance, manage and develop residential condominiums, rental apartment buildings, and commercial and retail properties. We bring the same tailored approach of research and due diligence to our real estate transactions as we do in our Convertible Fund.

Our investment team consists of both young and seasoned professionals, delivering the highest grade of fundamental research and deal specific knowledge. Our management team strives to deliver a premier level of service to our clients and portfolio companies.
