its FLAWED THINKING to characterize that ANY company is FREE of infection through CONTACT with officer lawsuits………without these officers, INCC has to REBOOT its entire infrastructure………NO VORTEX, NO SHELL COMPANY…..NO BOSTON RALLY……..so YES INCC HAS BEEN infected by the legal and financial woes of its CHOSEN OFFICERS…………..

INCC picked these people, now they have to survive those picks……
