This company has made no disclosure of any kind since November 2012, when it filed an 8-K with the SEC. Its last financial filing is a 10-K for fiscal 2011.

There is no way of knowing who owns stock now. Back then, though, Eade's ex-wife Agata Gotova owned 16.1% of the common.

What happened after that? Well, the Greek CEO settled with the SEC for himself, and also for the company. Eade just settled, probably because he was able to give the authorities useful information about a client who's just been indicted by the DOJ.

The shell has a very dirty history, and that stuff tends not to go away.
