Here is what was said in the last filing:
Mr. Sorrentino ceo owns 8B restricted shares of the 10B AS as payment of debt from the company. So that essentially leaves 2B OS the float could be a lot lower. Very do able. He's also on the T Boone Pickens energy board serving the 6th congressional district of Maryland. Impressive background. This one has all the earmarks of a very explosive company. VFIN drove this stock down from .005's to .0001 as he was converting. He was taken out on the ask at .0002 today, so my guess is that he is finished. There were some big transactions that went through at .0001 the past few days and today, but they were all covers as the bid did not change. There were a couple small retail dumps, I'd say the largest was today, 8 million.

The OS was 8.04 bil as of June 30, but that has increased. 8 Billion shares are restricted though as mentioned above. Right now there are 35 million shares at .0003 and no dilutors. IMO it looks very good for at least one good bounce out of the stock since it fell so hard on relatively small volume and did not bounce yet.
