Dalvance is two 30 minute infusions (IV) a week apart. I would think a 3-day would be preferred over relying on a patient to come back a week later. But what is really cool is that at least one of those one day treatment arms for brilacidin must have worked if not both, IMO. Dalvance is also not a top line antibiotic.
