you never check with the ISSUER - there is POLITICS involved buddy

the ISSUER is never going to tell you that they are going to give licenses to someone - YOU WILL NOT GET THIS INFO from a WEBSITE

it is way too POLITICAL

USE LOGIC

I help people get licenses with municipalities, its one of the things that I do - and believe me - they are never announced beforehand, and they are never known beforehand through a website

that is flat out ridiculous NO LOGIC talk

BELIEVE ME - there are LICENSES EVERYWHERE available
