dilution is not easy as many think, a SCAM artist knows when to dilute and how much, in fact MMs use diluting algorithms to optimize the number of shares discarded

IMO here a billion shares hardly could have been discarded, NO bid would have been reached long before, destroying forever the chance of a second shot
