erthang: get a grip, it makes no difference where or when the directors choose to exercise their options/warrants. if they excercise at higher prices there is still the same amount of dilution because the # of excercisable shares is independant of price.

you have some valuable insight with regard to the technology, but no clue on the business/finance side of it. best to defer to the old folks like me who've been around the block, junior.
