a prediction from a third party paid promoter ...this news did not show anywhere else..no naming of the agency..and European...The space programs over there that have been on the decline since the competition between the U.S became non existent....Who ever buys into this particular announcement must have space rocks in their head.....Waiting for the announcement of the FIRST contract one (yet alone the second and third one) that were SUPPOSE to BE NAMED and COMPLETED by the end of September..again this will not move until these agreements are released and the TA UNGAGGED IMHO
